For day 8 I was itching to wear a blue polish. Blue is my favorite polish color, so I wanted to include it somehow with valentines.
The polish I choosed is Frozen by Model City Polish, a bright blue jelly with holo pigment & holo glitter polish
So I used 2 coats plus a topcoat. Once dried I applied the heart decals from Toadarrific Vinyls then I applied another coat of topcoat to seal the decals.
I like how the decals give it a different look.
