Julep Phoebe & Turtle Tootsie Polish Sugar Cookie 7 Days Of St Patricks Day

It's day 6! Where has the time gone? This  was moved way faster than I anticipated.

For day 6 it's Phoebe by Julep, a jungle metallic green polish,Sugar Cookie by Turtle Tootsie, a glittery gold polish & V-tip decals by Toadarrific Vinyls. 

I started off with 2 coats of sugar cookie followed by 1 coat of Glisten & Glow HK Girl topcoat. Once dried I applied the V-tip decals & used 1 coat of phoebe. I wait a couple of minutes then pulled off the decals & applied 1 coat of glisten & glow HK girl topcoat to seal it.

It's been so long since I've used julep! For all those julep lovers out there this one is #45 and is from 2014. I wish their formula was still the same because I personally feel their polish aren't as good as they used to be. 

Phoebe is currently discontinued, but don't worry Julep has been bringing back older polishes lately.
