Heather's Hues Cutie-cle Oil Review

Ever have that moment when something arrived at the exact perfect time? That's exactly what happened to me, and with this product.

It's Cutie-cle oil by Heather's hues. I was so happy when this arrived! Why you ask? Because I'm in swatch mode right now, I'm swatching a collection & I can't find my peel off base coat so I'm removing the polish with with remover & my cuticles are sooooooo dry! So this would definitely be the ultimate test .

Cutie-cle oil is very different than your average cuticle oil. They contain:apricot kernel oil, avocado oil, chia seed oil, fractionated coconut oil, rosehip seed oil, sweet almond oil, and vitamin E. The scented options contain essential oils and/or fragrance oils.

Your probably wondering why Chia Seed Oil? Isn't that a little odd? Here's why:

Chia seeds are rich in essential fatty acids. Bursting with omega-3, chia seeds are also rich in protein, zinc, fiber, and many other vital minerals, antioxidants, and nutrients. Heather of Heather's Hues decided to use chia seed oil because it has incredible skin hydrating properties, it heals damaged tissue/skin cells, it has anti-inflammatory properties, and the fatty acids strengthen nails and improve their resistance to breakage and damage.

Here's what my cuticles looked like 

before I started using the cuticle oil. 

I know they look horrible.

I used the lemonade scented oil while I was at work, OMG it smells amazing! It's not strong at all, but it reminds me of lemongrass. 5 minutes after applying it it was completely absorbed! I've never had that happen before. 

I've also been alternating between Lemonade & WildFlower Fields the last couple of days, orchid reminds me of clean laundry so fresh & crisp but not too strong.

So I've been using Cutie-cle oil for a week, wanna see what my cuticle look like now?

So much better! My cuticles are soft not dry & peeling anymore which is a big improvement. Maybe it's me but my nails look much longer too since I started using Cutie-cle.

The one I have of Tea & Orchids is nice but the scent fades pretty quickly for me.
