Neutral & Neon Nails with Top Shelf Lacquer & Turtle Tootsie Polishes

Neutral or neon nails, that is the question. Well in my book I say why not do both!
If done right you can totally wear both neutral polish along with neon polish. So let's get started!

The colors I'm using today are:

Peach Sour Spritzer  by Top Shelf Lacquer, an orange based tan crème soft holo neutral.
Feris Wheel by Turtle Tootsie Polishes, a holo glitter topper with assorted neon glitters.
I started off with 2 coats of Peach Sour Spritzer on all nails except my accent nail, there I used 2 coats of Ferris Wheel followed by 1 coat of Glisten & Glow HK Girl Topcoat.
Sorry no outside pictures today, it was raining too bad outside.
See? Don't they look like they belong together? Ferris Wheel adds that nice pop of color while still maintaining a nice look to the office.
